This program is divided into several tiers:

2. **Tier 2 (Advanced Basics and Style):** Tier 2 builds on the basics from Tier 1, focusing on testing your knowledge and fluidity in executing fundamental Muay Thai techniques. This tier aims to enhance your creativity and personal style in Muay Thai while maintaining a strong emphasis on fundamental skills.

3. **Tier 3 (Advanced Drills):** In Tier 3, you will engage in advanced drills that are designed to prepare you for the Fight IQ tier. These drills will help you develop muscle memory for more complex movements, with a particular focus on balance, attacks, and defense.

4. **Fight IQ (Strategy and Application):** The Fight IQ tier goes beyond physical techniques and focuses on the strategic aspect of Muay Thai. Here, you will gain an understanding of when and how to apply the movements you've learned in different situations. This tier emphasizes the "why" and "why not" of Muay Thai tactics.

5. **Clinch (Muay Thai Clinch Fundamentals):** This tier is dedicated to teaching the basics of the Muay Thai clinch. You will learn how to lock, sweep, and score in clinch situations. It's important to note that this tier requires a training partner for practice.
